Natural Affairs

A Collection of Paintings and Writings by Rick Fleury

Distance    Oil on Canvas  24" x 36" x 1.5"

Natural Affairs is a collection of paintings and writings inspired by the artist's life, and the natural beauty surrounding him –

a personal reflection and artistic interpretation of the environmental, spiritual and emotional aspects found in life and nature.

The work references the artist’s major influences in art, living and the environment, incorporating writings and the artist’s

signature landscapes of coastal New England.

The first of these essays were presented at a summer reading at Addison Art Gallery, The Hollows and Kronos vs. Kairos.

More readings followed, accompanied by new works, along with lively discussions.

The artist is continuing to work on essays and ideas for the series, and is seeking publishing and collaborative opportunities

with appropriate writers, agents, editors and publishers. Please direct any inquiries to rick@rickfleury.com.
